Our time and efforts are 100% focused on marketing and managing our portfolio of properties. We are hands-on owners who have no diverse or distracting interests in other real estate aspects. Home inspection and work supervision are undertaken by a senior, responsible and experienced member of our team

We invest heavily in our unique website, in order to maximize direct bookings and minimize third party commission, giving you greater financial reward. This however does not rule out our efforts in widening our network of distribution through travel and tourism partners using our Hideaway Residences® branding. Our Easy & Effective® website will be subjected to continual improvement, search engine optimization and market penetration strategies.

No hidden costs or hidden extras. Our services are clearly defined and reasonably priced. Different owners have different needs, and our menu of services and flexible packaging reflect that. Moreover, you can use your property at any time of the year as long as it is not already booked. When a stay eventuates from your reference, we recognize your contribution by reducing our fee for that booking.

and have online access on our website to information regarding the management of your property, such as availability status, monthly statements, occupancy logbook, and guestbook comments. Your voicemails and emails will be replied to promptly, and we will keep you informed rather than guessing over periods of silence (not something we take for granted from first hand experience).
