How to Respond to Enquiries

3 Easy & Effective Steps to Respond to Reservation Enquiries

  • 1. When we notify you via email that you have a new booking enquiry, login at BedfinderCR.com with your account ID and password, go to ‘Record of Enquiries’ under the ‘List Your Property’ tab and click-open the enquiry item to see the reservation data submitted by the enquirer.

  • Select an auto-response from the 5 options provided at the end of the reservation data. The auto-responses were pre-written to make it easy and convenient for you to give an immediate ‘one-click’ response.

  • If you have chosen the ‘Available’ or ‘May be available’ option, you will be able to re-open the reservation data to see the full contact details of the enquirer, including his or her email address and telephone contact. You can then take your time to write a full reply from your own email program as a follow-up to the instant response you sent from our system.
