Step 1 Account Registration

Click-select one of these 3 options when you are ready to register:
a) Register Online (recommended)
b) Print the Account Registration Form - Fill in and fax to +506 2787-0179
c) Open the Account Registration as a Word Document - Key in your information,
'save' and email to ads@BedfinderCR.com as an attachment

Step 2 Property Registration

• After the Account Registration, you will receive an email from us to confirm your Account ID and Password. If you have registered online you will receive this confirmation email instantly
• Account Activation – In the confirmation email you will find an Activation Link. Click on this and you will be taken back to our website automatically.
• Log in with your Account ID and Password.
• After you have logged in, place your mouse over 'List Your Property' and you will see an expanded drop-down menu.
• Click-select 'Add or Remove a Property' and wait for the new page to open.
• Click-select one of these 3 options:
• a) Online Registration for a New Property (read advice below)
• b) Print the Property Registration Form - Fill in and fax to +506 2787 0179
• c) Open the Property Registration as a Word Document – Key in your information, 'save' and email to ads@BedfinderCR.com as an attachment
• For option (b) and (c), email property images to ads@BedfinderCR.com referring to your property name.

Advice for 'Online Registration for a New Property'
You can 'Copy' and 'Paste' text onto the online registration form, so have your property description pre-written and saved in a word document file. This way you can guard against losing time and data if your internet connection is interrupted.

About Property Photos and Images
You can upload images online or email them to ads@BedfinderCR.com referring to your property name. If you upload images online, have them cropped or resized beforehand to fit our requirement:

• The total weight of your images must not exceed 4MB in total. If this limit is exceeded you will receive an error message from our web server and your data will not be saved
• We recomend a minimum of 7 images
• You can input your own label for each image, but the images next to these three labels are compulsory: 'Exterior or Pool' ; 'View' ; 'Lounge' ; these three images are mandatory for us to activate your listing
