operates an honesty-based referral system. All booking requests are directed to you via email. We act simply as a referral forum. We record the booking requests and periodically we email you a summary report which you can confirm or adjust based on the actual occupancy that has resulted from our referrals. We then invoice you based on this occupancy report. We trust that the vast majority of homeowners will report accurately and will be happy to pay a small fee for the income we help generate. We do randomly survey our website enquirers to get feedback on the promptness of responses and the quality of their stay experience.

A 10% referral fee based on nightly or weekly rate or a flat nightly fee (as above), whichever is lower, is invoiced for stays originated from us. You will only be invoiced after the guests have stayed, or in the case of long stay, after they have commenced their stay.

Value-added Service
Booking requests are directed to you as they come in. On your request, we may be able to handle the enquiry process until the guests are ready to book, at which stage you take over and process the rental payment and deposit. There is no charge for this service.

Or, on a case to case and request basis, we may be able to process a confirmed reservation on your behalf, from the administration of the rental agreement to invoicing and processing payment and deposit by credit card, Paypal or bank transfers, and refunding the deposit and distributing your net income to your designated bank account after the stay. We charge a flat fee of $50 plus all transaction fees charged by banks or other institutions.
