Our Affiliate Programs offer helpful services and financial rewards to three types of affiliates:

1. Property Managers of privately owned vacation homes
2. Property Managers of condominium buildings or complexes
3. Travel Agents looking to book vacation rentals for their clients

1. Property Managers of privately owned vacation homes

Property managers and rental agents who represent homeowners in marketing and managing private vacation rentals will benefit from enhanced marketing exposure and a broader market base by listing your properties on BedfinderCR.com, a new online accommodation superstore of vacation rentals throughout Costa Rica, based in Costa Rica.

Booking enquiries from our website will be processed professionally on your behalf, and reservation details forwarded to you after we have closed the sale, at which stage you take over and administer your rental agreement, payment and deposit, arrival and departure procedures and concierge services, etc. We record the bookings channeled to you and periodically we email you a report and invoice for the payment of our fee.

Our Services

• upload all your properties onto our system based on the information on your website or provided by you
• work with someone on your team to ascertain availability and rates and respond to enquirers’ emails and questions
• record and hand over reservation details to you once a booking is made

Our Fees

10% of the total accommodation value of the booking, applicable for all seasons throughout the year.

We incur the time and effort in uploading your properties onto our system in exchange for your commitment to stay in the program for a minimum of one year, and following that, either party can terminate the alliance with no penalty by giving a month’s notice.

2. Property Managers of condominium buildings or complexes

Our affiliate program is designed to provide marketing support to property managers who are currently managing all or majority of the condo units in one or more condominium buildings or complexes as full-service vacation rentals with a range of guest amenities and services as found in traditional hotels. Our services include formatting the display of your property on our website based on the information on your website and/or your input, and channeling reservation requests to you directly as they come in, via email or fax in a reservation form format.

3. Travel Agents

To travel agents, tour agents and real estate agents, we invite you to tap into an opportunity to earn a whopping 30% of our fees by using BedfinderCR.com as your resource of finding rental accommodation for your clients. When you make a reservation request on behalf of your clients and it results in a confirmed booking, and a stay eventuates, you will earn 30% of the fee we receive from property owners or property managers. If you refer your clients to BedfinderCR.com to browse and choose and make their own reservation requests, they simply need to mention your name or your Affiliate ID number, and your commission will be payable after the stay eventuates.
